Canceling Your Subscription

We're sad to see you go — but canceling is easy and your listings won't be affected.

How to cancel

  1. Go to Subscription (on the Account page).

  2. Click Customer portal.

  3. Click Cancel subscription.

Not seeing the Cancel button? If you have a scheduled plan change (like BundleAutomation), our payment provider hides the cancellation option. Email us at [email protected] and we'll take care of it.

What happens when you cancel

  • You keep full access until the end of your current billing period.

  • Your listings on Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, and Etsy stay exactly where they are — Nifty doesn't touch them.

  • Your Nifty account data is retained in case you decide to come back.

Refunds

We don't provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.

Reactivating your subscription

To reactivate after cancellation, simply visit our Pricing page and sign up again. Your previous data will still be there.

Can I pause instead of canceling?

We don't currently offer a pause feature, but you can cancel your subscription and resubscribe when you're ready to return. There's no penalty for canceling and coming back later.
